Independent service

Custom Tracksuit Sourcing provides buyer-side requirement organization, potential-supplier coordination and quotation comparison support. We are not a manufacturer, seller of record, testing laboratory, certifier, customs broker or legal adviser. A supplier remains responsible for its own quotation, product, documentation and contractual commitments.

Buyer information

The buyer is responsible for providing accurate intended use, specifications, quantities, artwork rights, destination, timing and acceptance criteria. Unknown values may be marked for supplier confirmation. The buyer makes final supplier, product and purchase decisions.

Quotation and evidence limits

Availability, price, minimum order, samples, tooling, production timing, freight and documents can change and require confirmation for the proposed item. We do not promise a lowest price, fixed delivery date, approval, certification or performance outcome.

Benefit eligibility

Any FREE sourcing support and up to 3% benefit is subject to the displayed eligibility statement and confirmation after product, quantity, destination and sourcing requirements are reviewed.

Acceptable use

Do not submit unlawful, infringing, deceptive or harmful requirements. Do not send unnecessary sensitive personal information through the inquiry form.
